Kate Robertson completed her Music/Education degree in 2007 at the University of NSW and is currently Head of Music (K-6) at St Andrew’s Cathedral School in Sydney. She has a passion for educating young musicians and is committed to continuing her own professional development through regularly undertaking courses and engaging with professional networks.

Kate is currently one of the IPSHA (Independent Primary School Heads Association) NSW Music Umbrella Group coordinators, and is also on the HICES (Heads of Independent Coeducational Schools) Steering Committee. She has an interest in gifted education and has also completed a postgraduate certificate in this area.

When not at work, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children at home in the southern suburbs of Sydney.
