Coordinator, NSW
Jacqueline Shaw (Jacqui) completed her Bachelor of Music Education from the Conservatorium of Music in 2002.
She has worked as the Music Projects Officer 5-12 at the Arts Unit – where she passionately delivered programs such as State Music Camps and State Choir. She has also been involved with all choral aspects of Schools Spectacular.
Her experiences include teaching in a Primary school as a classroom teacher, a gifted and talented OC classroom teacher and a music RFF teacher.
Jacqui loves conducting various ensembles, passionately enjoying Training Bands and seeing the start of the musical journey for students.
“I believe in community. I believe music brings groups together to create something more spectacular than they can create by themselves. I am very excited to work with the Music in Me community and teachers across the NSW public education system.”
