How do I use Padlet?
Padlet is a tool where you can share ideas and collaborate with other mentors in the course.
If you do not sign up for a free Padlet account, your posts will remain anonymous. If you sign up, your name will appear alongside your post. There is no pressure to sign up, we are more than happy for you to remain anonymous. The choice is yours!

Why can I only see Modules 1, 2, 5, and 7?
Mentors who attended the 2023 conference will only be enrolled in modules 1, 2, 5 & 7.
Much of this will be familiar and designed to be a useful and energising refresher on the program’s vision and processes.
Modules 3, 4 & 6 are drawn from the work of 2023 conference presenters including Bronwyn Ryrie-Jones and Dr Anita Collins, and whilst mentors who attended the conference are very welcome to do these, they are not mandatory. If you would like access to these Modules, contact us on mentoring@ayo.com.au.
The text I have entered does not stay in the window
This is normal. As long as you follow the prompt to download your response and create a document, you've saved it. We recommend you set up a folder on your computer to save your work. If you do not download your written responses, they will not be saved.
Throughout the modules, you will be asked to download templates and resources including the Mentoring Cycle, Observation Template, and Mentoring Agreement. All are PDFs that you need to download, so you can type directly into it and save your work.
When I click "Next" or "Finish", it doesn't respond properly or takes me to the wrong page.
If at any time you cannot progress, click the "My Spaces" link in the top-left corner of the main navigation menu to take you to the dashboard and continue with the next module you are enrolled in.
Rest assured, if you have completed work within a Module, we are able to confirm it even if the system does not appear to recognise it.
