We are incredibly proud that David Collins-White, a long-standing mentor in the National Music Teacher Mentoring Program hosted by AYO, has been nominated for the 2022 Telstra ARIA Music Teacher Award! With over 22 years experience teaching music, David understands that “Music is an essential part of human development. It’s the foundation of aural skills, movement skills, abstract thinking and language development.” David has helped teachers across Australian deliver their own music programs through the National Music Teacher Mentoring Program, as well as online resources he has created, including a popular YouTube Channel.
